Criminal Code Driving Offences

If you plead guilty and are convicted of any criminal code driving offence, you will be subject to a driving prohibition ordered by the court, as well as a mandatory driving suspension issued by the province. The prohibitions and suspensions are concurrent, meaning that they run together at the same time. For some, the Ignition Interlock program may be avoidable after you have completed at least three months or more of the prohibition and suspension.
